Adam Funck

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Adam Funck brings a wealth of
knowledge and expertise to his role as a Listing Specialist Realtor, Senior Loan Officer, and
FreddieMac Credit Smart Coach. Having started his career as a Loan Officer in 2012, Adam has
a deep understanding of both the lending process and the real estate market. In addition to his
work as a loan officer, Adam is an experienced buy-and-hold investor, managing his own
growing portfolio of properties since 2018. He takes pride in answering your questions in simple
terms and ensuring you feel informed; bringing a well-rounded perspective to every
conversation, helping you make smart, informed decisions about your home sale and future
goals.
Outside of work, Adam serves on the Board of Director’s for LibertyCity Dems, a progressive
political organization advocating for LGBTQ candidates and ally’s. He loves hot yoga, enjoys

dinner parties with friends, is an avid reader, and loves a movie night at home with his husband
Yusif and dog, Lucy. He spends as much time at the beach in the summer months as possible
and makes sure to keep a work life balance to allow for travel. He feels that seeing the world
and eating as much unique cuisine as possible is the best way to grow as a person and enjoy in
our shared humanity.
